Our Culture in Action
Company culture remained a driving force at ROAR throughout 2025. Across all offices, associates kept traditions going and made time to connect beyond the day to day work. The Buffalo team took over the Bisons Party Deck game day, while teams across the company gathered for happy hours, potlucks, holiday celebrations, themed costumes, shared lunches, and many moments that strengthened connections.
As Robert Rich III, CEO and Founder of ROAR Logistics, shared, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast. You can have the best plans, the best systems, and the best goals, but without the right people and the right culture behind them, none of it sticks. Our culture is what drives ROAR forward.”
Giving Back
Teams across Houston, Buffalo, and Phoenix made a meaningful impact in their communities throughout the year. Houston associates supported scholarships, the Alzheimer’s Association, and Breast Cancer Awareness initiatives. Buffalo teams led food and school supply drives, supported Girls on the Run, sponsored a holiday Giving Tree, and participated in local walks and fundraisers. In Phoenix, associates raised funds and awareness through the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Companywide, associates also came together to support families in need, reinforcing the teamwork and generosity that define ROAR.
Protecting Freight in a Changing Industry
Cargo theft and fraud continued to evolve in 2025, and ROAR stayed ahead through comprehensive carrier vetting, smart use of load boards, real time shipment tracking, secure facilities, and well trained teams. We also continually reviewed and updated our standard operating procedures to reflect emerging threats and industry best practices. By combining people, process, and technology, transportation remained as protected as possible, helping keep our business and the businesses we support moving forward.
Looking Ahead
2025 reinforced what makes ROAR different. A strong culture, committed associates, and a shared focus on doing things the right way. As we move into 2026, we remain committed to our people, our communities, and the clients who trust us every day.
